I did not expect much when I ordered these, and I just liked the fact that you can twist them to hide the lead inside. BUT, they are AWESOME!!!! There is tons of lead inside each pencil, and they are VERY well made. Of course, they are made by Crayola, and they do have excellent products. Highly recommend!!!

My kids LOVE these colored pencils to keep in the car. Crayons melt, markers loose caps… these are perfect becuase they dont need a sharpener. I do wish the lead was a LITTLE thicker as the tips to break fairly easy if it is not wind up JUST past the plastic tip. Overall these are awesome!

The ones that remained intact worked. The package didn’t make it through Shipping very well. About 10 had come out and various pieces had come away. Was able to put maybe 5 back together. The others not worth saving. I get it for not having your child sharpening just to see how long they can get the shaving. Otherwise seem frivolous and kind of “meh” bought because it was on supplies list. Next time sticking with tried and true pencils and sharpener.

Purchased as a gift for a special-needs person. There is a good variety of colors, and it doesn’t appear that he will able to break them as easily as the wax versions of the crayons.
